Interning at Saab has really cleared up a lot of questions I had about a career in engineering. 在大学里, I was unsure about what direction to take with my career and where my interests and strengths existed. One thing I’m finding super useful is that we’re paired with a graduate engineer to provide mentoring. 自然, I was a bit nervous going into the experience because I knew that working in the office would be quite different from the spontaneous university lifestyle I’ve gotten used to, but I’ve found that this routine means I know what to expect each day and it’s much easier to work collaboratively with my team.
